Sometimes you end up in a druid cult dedicated to the goddess of life and fire, and they tell you if you want the thing you need, you have to enter a gladitorial fight to prove that you're worthy. It happens!

Did I mention that nobody has ever succeeded? Because nobody has ever succeeded. I'm sure we've got it under control though.
